I iz return.

Hello you!

I don't know if there are people still reading my lousy blog,it's growing spider web like mad obviously. I stop blogging ever since i started my internship, which was months ago! My last post was in February right? Geez.

I don't even realize blogger changed their layout and setting!

I learned something precious from internship, ENJOY CAMPUS LIFE before you start working. Urgh, although my tasks aren't overload and I am kinda free most of the time. Yet, my time is no longer flexible. I sleep at 10pm everyday and wake up at 7.30am, same routine repeats from Monday to Friday. Now i know, the true meaning of T.G.I.F

I miss the time whereby I feel weekday and weekend are equally same :(

I blogged this because idk what's motivating me to blog, the sudden urge to blog.

Gonna share what's up to my life these few months.

1. Cut my curly damaged almost-waist-length hair.

Because i was kinda sick of it already and it was really hard to manage my hair every morning. And my hair looks flat and obviously damaged after i curled it.

Here's a pic of me after the hair cut.So much shorter compared to previous length.

Wanted to dye a brighter colour and cut it even shorter. Maybe shoulder-length or maybe just do some natural rebonding to make it manageable. Just saying.

2. Friends visit to Muar.

Michelle, desmond, gasmine and their friend Calvin came to visit Muar, which is also my boyfriend's hometown. Food hunting trip, bloated like mad that day.

 3. Kukup Trip!

How much i love this trip! It's so relaxing, and guess what I'm going again to visit this month.Sooooo anticipating!

Nothing much to bother except from Mahjong, Chiong K, and Eat. Bloated again when I was back from that trip. Totally worth it :D

Here's the pic of the Kong Ming lantern that day, look what I wrote on that wishing lantern. Haha. I wanna achieve 3.8 for my cgpa which is near to impossibruuuuuuuuuu! Oh well just wishing. Hope it motivated me to study in the new semester.

  Photobucket

Sing k!!! No time limited!! Hahaha. Friends complained that I sing too much that night! LOLOL.

  Photobucket

Something interesting in this chalet, there was a piano provided and some music sheet as well. I miss playing pianoooooo :D But then I doubted my piano skill for not practicing for a thousand year.

  Photobucket

  Sorry for the photo quality!

Had Ikea MeatBalls like finallehhhhhh. Two thumbs up!! Loving the sauce *big love*

  Photobucket

Met up with my besties of my life!!! Mad love chatting with them, now we are all apart and hardly find a time to gather. :(

  Photobucket

Let's do it again!

  Photobucket

Went to genting merely for CASINO. Sad thing happened, lose money!! Not much of course because it was toooo unlucky that day!

Anyone has tips how to win money in Genting??? Share with me alrite!

Btw, the guard doesn't want to check my IC when i entered the casino, does it means that my look already old enough? I am not yet 21 for official yet. Saddddd caseeeee.

Still have a few things to blog but I think I will continue in the next post. Hopefully the next post won't be too far away from this post. Hahaha.

Phuket Trip • Day Four

Here comes the last day! Our flight was scheduled at the night time, so we still had plenty of time for the town. Checked out at 12pm then off we go to discover little sth that we haven't discover few days ago.

We decided to call a tour guide (M'sian) to bring us for the tour that day and also fetched us to airport later at night.

P/S : Here's the details for that tour guide if you're interested to ask him to bring you around. He's from Ipoh so, you can communicate well with him if you can speak Chinese, Cantonese and Hokkien XD

Name : Soon Kean Teong
Mobile : 081-3592888
Travel Agency : ALL IN ONE HOLIDAY CO. LTD
Website: http://www.allinoneholiday.com/

He preferred phone call cause he doesn't know how to check email XD

You can pronounce him Uncle. You can give him a call when you're in M'sia so that he can pick you up at the airport when you arrived in Phuket. Remember ask him the price!

You can discover yourself how to call overseas, he said it is pretty cheap :)

Continuation of my tour... After we had our lunch nearby, we headed to a shop specialized in selling local products. I forgotten the name already but it's a shop something like Tan Kim Hock or Sam Suk Gong in malacca. They have different kind of products including snacks, sweets, nuts, bath soap, key chain etc. Good thing about that they provide tester for every product. Didn't bought much cause i'm not a fan of those food, i bought some bath salt and lip balm instead :D

Then we headed to the Premium Outlet Phuket... Hmm sort of disappointing because i don't fancy most of the brand there. I think Johor Premium Outlet is way better. And one thing weird about the Premium outlet is that they don't have crowd. I can barely see customers
around.... Oh well..

After window shopping there, the tour guide fetch us to a shop located somewhere near there. We spent a lot of time there cause it's a shop selling designed t-shirt! Well something like I Love Phuket, and some funny and creative design. All designs are designed by 'em and printed directly there.

The price is cheaper, NO BARGAIN needed and the most important thing is that their quality is gooooooooood! They have various designs to choose from. We really spent lots of time, energy and thai baht there. Regret buying too much at the night market few days ago. Aiks.

Took our dinner at Mcd @ Central Festival before leaving to airport, again..

PORK BURGER FTW FTW FTW FTW!!!!

We reached the airport around 7sth while our flight was at 9.20pm. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you reach there 2hours before, because the queue for passport checking is really really really LONG. You don't wanna to miss your flight do you?

You can walk around the duty-free stores inside the departure hall if you're bored :)

Sorry for no pictures for this entry. I didn't snap pic either. Too sad to acknowledge the fact that i was leaving and working life starting soon :(

That's a wrap for my Phuket Trip. Hope it helps! xx

Phuket Trip • Day Three

I need to blog this as fast as i could before i forget everything i had done in Phuket last week. So fyi, i just started my internship. It's almost been a week, hopefully i will get used to it soon. Will definitely blog about internship when i'm free! :)

Basically in Day 3, we had nothing much to do since island hopping already done day before. After gathered information from the tour guide in our hotel, we departed to Phuket Town for window shopping. Since we're staying in Patong, somewhere near to the beach rather than town, we needed to take a taxi/tuk tuk to the town.

p/s: Must be wondering why i was wearing long sleeve cardigan and this maxi despite the hot weather? CAUSE IT'S SUPER SCORCHING HOT OUT THERE, they can help me to reduce to possibility to expose to the sun. HAHAHA.

Photobucket

The duration is around 20-30minutes and i would recommend to take taxi. Since taxi only 400baht (for 4pax), tuk-tuk fare also around 350baht (after you bargain with the driver). The reason i recommend taxi is because taxi is more luxury, and you can enjoy air-conditioned journey, since the weather is really hot. I ain't kidding bout the weather i swear! If you want to experience the local culture, maybe you can consider to take tuk tuk :)

We dropped off at one of the biggest shopping mall in Phuket town, Central Festival. Which i think is the Phuket version of Pavillion. Selling all those branded thing inside, including Zara, Mango, Jaspal, Lacoste, Apple Store, and a mall named Central(if not mistaken) that almost like Tangs or Parkson. They even have Long Champ, Kate Spade, Diane Von Frustenberg etc inside.

Photobucket

I really love the envinronment there though i didnt manage to get anything, since the price is almost the same as in KL's. Anyway, thailand tourism promoted tourist VAT refund. It means that you can claim back 7% of government tax in the airport by achieving certain amount in the shopping mall. It's worth if you're spending in luxury!

Anyway Elaine and I did our first manicure in Phuket. Do not doubt it's our first time. Hahaha. Hers was hello kitty's nail cost her 350baht while mine was the simple shiny purple nail costs me only 150baht.

Photobucket

We had our lunch + tea time at the Mcdonalds. "You MUST BE KIDDING ME" thats what on your mind right since M'sia also have Mcd. The awesome thing about their MCD is that

THEY SERVE PORK BURGER!!!! FTW!

And some awesome dip sauce! They provide 5 different flavour, which u need to purchase. Only 9baht or 15baht each. Totally cheap.

Boyfriend loves that very very much.
Photobucket

The clearer view of their Samurai Pork Burger and cheesy dip sauce!
Photobucket

And their mcd Uncle has different pose too! no longer the signature one!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Not to forget their MCD has McCafe which selling coffee like Starbucks/Coffee Bean.

Me and de pretty Elaine :)
Photobucket

Photobucket

Later at night, we took our dinner at Kaab Gluay Restaurant located in the Patong as well. It was the most famous thai restaurant in Patong. I read it from the blog, from the guide book as well. And the price are reasonable and cheap! Their food were GOOOOOD!!!!! and spicy as well! Hah.

I wonder what they put in the tomyam that makes it so different?!

Photobucket

The rests of the food pic are blur, so....

I post a group pic :D
Photobucket

And me. I felt i'm so bloated from head to toe all the while in Phuket!
Photobucket

We took a tuk-tuk back to Bangla Road and night market for a walk.
Photobucket

Bangla Road is a long street whereby all the pubs, clubs are located. Along the street, ALL!!!! And you can see this in most of the pubs/clubs.. You'll love this if you're not gay.

Btw, i dont know if they are the real woman or the she-man, they are all looking alike and i just couldnt differentiate.

Photobucket

Anyway we did the bravest thing i think, we decided to go and watch the so-called tiger show. Or what they normally call Ping-Pong show. You can see a lot of people carrying the poster and promotion board to invite you to watch the show in their pub. Every single pub has the show wtf.

And of course you need to pay certain amount for a bottle of beer or sth, ok well you still can bargain one. Normally 300baht++ per pax.

Well, the show was really "Extra-ordinary". You wouldn't like if you're a woman. I nearly puke during the first few minutes but after all i think it's like a porn magic show. Wtf. No worries, all performars are woman, ALL LAO AUNTIE. No guys involved, but things like bird, fish, frog involved. Wtf!!!! How can they make it! I dont know!!!!!!

You will need to discover yourself. It's not too appropriate to blog about the whole process in this entry. Hahahaha.

NOTE: I bought a very tradition and yummy banana pancake which i rated the top one on my way back to hotel, but i just deleted the photo :( If not mistaken, her stall is located outside a 7-11, it's not too far from Bangla road. And it's 50baht each. So yummy!!!!! I miss that like crazy!

That's all for my day 3. Will blog about my last day.... soon!

Phuket Trip • Day Two

Like i promised, here's day two!

• Morning Session •
We woke up early in the morning, i was dragged up. The agency will pick us up around 7.45am and we had to prepare earlier, so that we could have time to take breakfast prepared by our hotel. Had some breakfast and applied shit-lots of sunblocks all over face and bodies, then we off to the port by a van.

Lucky us, we shared the same vehicle with 80% of angmo guys. Believed they are from australia according to their slang, and somehow i doubt if i'm elder than them. Tsk tsk.

We were welcomed by a hilarious man at the port, whom will be our tour guide throughout the whole journey. Some light beverage and sea-sick pills were provided there. I didn't take the pills cause i was confident about my ability. Somehow i overestimated myself...

TAKE THE PILLS if you are not confident abt yourself. The journey to there took an hour (so torturing can dai), and the whole journey was extremely BUMPY. However there is side effect : you will feel sleepy and drowsy on the boat.

Anyway, we went there by speedbot. You can choose to take cruise instead, which costs cheaper and shared with hundreds of people.

Adapted from google.
Photobucket

How the cruise looks like.

Photobucket

After the torturing journey (basically for me), we reached at somewhere for snorkelling safe and sound. I dare not to try because it's in the middle of the sea. I do not know how to swim......

I wore the life jacket and just dipped myself into the sea, boyf was so worried that i will drown anytime. Hahaha. So sorry i dragged him all around and he had not much time to snorkel. But he said the view and fishes inside was exquisite.

Photobucket

Went straight to Maya Bay for a walk. This is where Leonardo D'Carprio shoot his movie ages ago. So much crowd over there.. pfft.

Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket

The breath-taking view behind.
Photobucket

Departed to monkey beach, then to some tourists spot (which i can't remember the name already), somewhere we had lunch, and lastly a beach. Lunch was included in the package that we bought.

So ironic that every ang mo purposely tanned themselves under the scorching sun while us cannot wait to hide under the shaded area. Hahaha. I even fell asleep on the bench provided, while others went for swimming, snorkelling.

Photobucket

You can see lots of angmo with bikinis and muscular body all around. So hang fuk! @.@

• Night session •
Went to the night market nearby Jungceylon mall for a walk. Omg i love night market!!! They sell extremely cheap and yummy food!

BBQ chicken/beef skewers!
Photobucket

1 of my favourite food - Banana Pancake! Only 40baht in night market.
Photobucket

You gotta try banana pancake when you're in phuket. I think i tried most of the stall's. I prefer to mix the banana with nutella (which is the flavour i only tasted) hahahaha.

I rank this stall as the second best banana pancake seller. Will reveal the no.1 sooner, cause i discover it way too late :(

It's actually crepe.
Photobucket

My dinner of the day - Tom yum noodles.
Photobucket

Gotta love the accessories sold in night market. I was so overjoyed to find out the replica chanel earring only sold at 20baht each. wtfbbqomg!!!!! I normally saw people selling it at around RM20 or above in M'sia. Ahh now i know the actual price.

I literally bought every kind of chanel earring. Too bad not much stock left.
Photobucket

Went to oil massage late night, 250baht per hour. Of course we went into the normal one, if you get what i mean :D

IT WAS MY FIRST TIME!!! And i kept peeking at Elaine cause i wanted to laugh, HAHAHA. But it was comfortable. And we kept made jokes about the massage centre. LOLOL.

You know it is the "Legal" massage centre when they closed at 12am, and the girls don't stand outside the shop to lure you in. Of course they don't expose their body. Haha.

The boys must be really regret to go with us cause they can never bong chan those massage centre :P

Phuket Trip • Day One

Well, just got back from Phuket yesterday night. I was pretty exhausted for the 4d3n trip in Phuket.

Back in M'sia, familiar places, familiar faces and not to mention familiar languages.Lol. Anyway gonna update my Phuket Trip blogpost with the photos uploaded in my facebook, still haven't got the photo from Elaine's camera.

Back to the topic. Many people has been asking me how was the trip.. i'm gonna summarized it here. Here's day one :)

Never slept for the night as i was extremely excited. Look at my eye bags babeh.
Photobucket

We reached Lcct at 5am in the morning and our flight was at 6.55am. Flight from Kuala Lumpur to Phuket only took around 1 hour and 20 minutes. Please be reminded that the time zone in Thailand is SLOWER than Malaysia, for approximately 1 hour. Don't forget to switch the time once you landed in Thailand!

Photobucket

Once you landed in the airport, do not worry about the transportation cause there will be numerous taxi there. Don't forget to bargain with the taxi driver for the taxi fare! It still can reduced although you tot it might be cheap already. All taxi there are Toyota! Luxurious huh.

Mini TV attached behind the seat so you could ease your boredom. How sweet :)

Photobucket

Kids there took tuk-tuk to school every morning.
Photobucket

Anyway the distance between airport to our hotel (somewhere in Patong) is quite far away, the journey to there took almost an hour.

The driver cheated our feeling, he said he wanted to go for toilet and stopped by a shop. In fact the shop is a travel agency. Hahaha. Anyway, we signed a few packages from them. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET to bargain with them.

Photobucket

We signed a Fantasea Theme Park (Buffet included) for 1600 baht and island hopping to Phi Phi Island and other island for 1600 baht. The boss of this travel agency is owned by Malaysian as told by the promoters, we were first doubt about it but found out it was true after all. Hahaha.

Photobucket

And there is an uncle working there is from M'sia too! He was our tour guide yesterday, and it was too good to be true to found someone who can speak language that you can understand there.

Went straight to our hotel to check in. We reserved our hotel months earlier at Agoda.com for only RM350++ for 3Nights. (Correction: RM350++ for per pax, around RM 600-700 each room for two)

Aspery Hotel never failed to impress me with their service and cleanliness. The room was pretty much alike with the photo shown on the net, i was satisfied :) On additional, a few desktop are provided in the lobby so that you can go online even though you're in overseas. Wifi available in the room too! Awesomeness.

By the way, a swimming pool is provided on the top roof of the hotel. Just a mini pool :)

Photobucket

Photobucket

Took a nap for like 4 hours then we went out for a walk nearby. Gosh, the weather in Patong is really "sizzling" Hot. I know this is to describe food that is hot but cereasly i feel my skin were sizzling all the time. Headache due to the unbearable weather :(

We headed to Jungceylon mall, which is the only mall in Patong area by tuk tuk. 200baht for four person. The price are fixed to travel around Patong area, either tuk tuk or taxi.

Walked around the mall and also had some street food opposite the mall. Bought a maxi there :D

In the tuk tuk with Elaine.
Photobucket

The mall looking good.
Photobucket

Photobucket

We rided another tuk tuk back to our hotel to get ready for upcoming event in the night. We were going to Fantasea Phuket! The travel agency promised to pick us up at 5.45pm. I was kind of feeling unwell already, most prolly due to insufficient sleep and the weather -.-

Photobucket

Reached there and witnessed lots of crowd.
Photobucket

Somewhere we had our buffet dinner - Kinnaree Buffet Restaurant
Photobucket

The dining hall was really huge and awesome. Variety of food provided but the taste were just Okay... And believe me i just ate not more than 200baht. Lol. Good thing about that was, table number was provided so that you do not need to squizee with others just to reserve your seat. It was well-organized.

This is where we watched the performance at 9pm - Palace of Elephant
Photobucket

There was a theatre hall inside which can accomodate up to 4000 audiences! Amazingly huge and same thing in the dining hall, seat number was provided. First come first basis, so if you booked the tix earlier or exchanged the tix earlier you could get a front seat.

Talking about the performance, it was all about the Thailand culture and a story about a legandary elephant - Kamala. The performance was around 1 hour and the half, no camera and handphone allowed in the hall. The story line was a little bit dull, partly due to i was sick that i couldn't focus.. Some performance are hilariuous, some performance are rawrsome.

"ASIAN" - the word i could think of when i watched one of the performance. You will get it if you read 9gag alot. :P

Apart from the Kinnaree Buffet Restaurant and The Palace of Elepant, there were plenty of souvenirs shop, museum, and mini indoor theme park inside Fantasea Phuket. Some kind of like Universal Studio Singapore but much smaller. The price there was overrated.. Didn't get to spent single cent for anything there.

Photobucket

Lastly, a pic of me with the prince! Teehee.
Photobucket

I will update the following days as fast as possible, i knew that i wouldn't have much time to do this cause internship starting soon.... :(

Signing off here, xo.
